Dhuan Dhaar Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Potatoes 2
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Onion 1
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Cook boneless beef with black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, ginger garlic and 1 cup water until meat tender and water dries.
- Now shred meat, mix potatoes, onion, corn flour and crushed hara masala nicely and give smoke of coal.
- Then make kabab of it and shallow fry.
