Green Onion Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Spring onion 200 gm
- Ketchup 5 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Surri sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil. fry spring onion for 2 minutes and take out.
- Fry chicken cubes in this oil.
- When tender, add ketchup, vinegar, chili powder, soya sauce, all spice, surri sauce and salt, cook for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- For serving: Heat 2 tbsp oil and boiled rice.
- Put chicken gravy and fried green onion on top and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then mix it and serve.
