Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

For Batter:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • HP sauce 1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Olives sliced 4
  • Mushroom 2 sliced
  • Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Dip chicken breast in batter.
  2. Then roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in frying pan.
  3. Then put in oven tray and cover capsicum rings, tomato slice, mushroom and olives with cheddar cheese.
  4. Now grill it for 10 minutes until cheese melts and golden color on top.
  5. For batter: Mix flour, egg, white pepper, mustard, salt, chili powder, vinegar, hp sauce, wooster sauce, chopped onion and coriander leaves
