Tiramisu Trifle by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Sponge cake 4 eggs
- Cream cheese 500 gm
- Cream 200 gm
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Coffee 3 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Caster sugar extra 3 tbsp
- Coco powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put cream cheese in bowl and beat well with electric batter.
- Together put 1/4 cup caster sugar, egg yolks and vanilla essence and beat continuously for 5 minutes.
- Then fold cream.
- Then fold egg whites and remaining caster sugar in cheese mixture.
- Mix coffee, water and extra caster sugar and keep it aside.
- For assemble: Keep sponge cake pieces in trifle bowl.
- Then sprinkle coffee mixture.
- Then sprinkle 1/3 cheese mixture.
- Repeat this steps with sponge cake, coffee mixture, coco powder and cheese mixture.
- Then sprinkle coco powder and keep in fridge for cool.
- In end, decorate with cream and chocolate
