Ingredients:

  • Milk 6 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khoya 200 gm
  • Kewra water 1 tsp

To Serve:

  • Laal sharbat as required
  • Falooda 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cook milk for 30 minutes until milk remain 3 cups.
  2. Now add sugar, khoya and kewra water and cook more for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put in kulfi mould and serve with laal sharbat and falooda.
