Chicken & Spinach Gnoochi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Spinach 200 gram
- Chicken mince 300gram
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Thyme 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Green Onion 1-2 sticks
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt as required
For Gravy:
- Tomato 4-5
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Oregano 1/3 tsp
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Black pepper chopped 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Add chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped onion, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, green onion, oil and salt in chopper and make paste.
- Now wash spinach, clean it and dry it.
- Now put chicken mixture, set it, roll spinach and close it.
- Then steam it, take it out and keep it aside.
- For gravy: Boil tomato, garlic chopped and chopped onion in pot, put in blender and make paste.
- Then heat oil in pan, put paste and roast it.
- Then add oregano, black pepper and salt and mix it.
- Now add chicken stock and cook until gravy becomes thick.
- Now put steam spinach roll, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
