Chicken & Spinach Gnoochi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 200 gram
  • Chicken mince 300gram
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Green Onion 1-2 sticks
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt as required

For Gravy:

  • Tomato 4-5
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oregano 1/3 tsp
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Black pepper chopped 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Add chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped onion, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, green onion, oil and salt in chopper and make paste.
  2. Now wash spinach, clean it and dry it.
  3. Now put chicken mixture, set it, roll spinach and close it.
  4. Then steam it, take it out and keep it aside.
  5. For gravy: Boil tomato, garlic chopped and chopped onion in pot, put in blender and make paste.
  6. Then heat oil in pan, put paste and roast it.
  7. Then add oregano, black pepper and salt and mix it.
  8. Now add chicken stock and cook until gravy becomes thick.
  9. Now put steam spinach roll, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
