Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 3 tsp
For Masala:
- Oil 1 cup
- Green Chilies 5
- Jaggary 1 tsp
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put lemon juice, salt and red chili chicken and leave it for 1 hour.
- To prepare masala: Heat oil, put sliced green chilies. When golden brown, put onion paste.
- Together add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, mustard paste and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Then put masala chicken.
- Now put jaggery in yogurt, beat it, add in chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Murgh aatish is ready to serve.
