Ingredients:

  • Eggplants Round 1/2 kg
  • Beef Mince 300 Grams
  • Onion Paste 1 Cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 Grams
  • Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Peanuts ½ Cup
  • Fenugreek Seeds ½ tsp
  • Dry Red Chillies 5-6
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • White Cumin ½ tsp
  • Curry leaf 8-10
  • Green Chillies 4-5
  • Green Coriander 1 Bunch
  • Mint 1 Bunch
  • Tamarind paste ½ Cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Crush green chilies, green coriander and mint.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste and mince and roast it.
  3. Add hara masala, mix it, remove it and cool it.
  4. Cut eggplant into two pieces and empty center part.
  5. Fill mixture in baigan.
  6. Brush with eggs, close it and tie with thread.
  7. Put oil in pan and heat it.
  8. Now roast cumin and curry leaves.
  9. Then add onion paste and fry it.
  10. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  11. Then add beaten yogurt and add all masalay and roast it.
  12. When masala is ready, gravy becomes thick, add eggplant and tamarind paste and cook it.
  13. In end, simmer it and dish out it and serve.
