Murgh Makhan Wala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Whole Red Chili 10
  • Garlic 10 cloves
  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 2 Glasses
  • Green Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • All Spice Powder 1 tsp
  • Onion Paste 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pot and fry whole chicken nicely.
  2. When golden brown, put 2 glasses of water.
  3. Add tomatoes, beaten yogurt, round chilies, garlic cloves, fennel seeds, cumin, coriander seeds, salt and onion paste and cook on low flame.
  4. When chicken tenders and water dries, roast it nicely.
  5. Sprinkle all spice and green coriander.
  6. Murgh Makhan is ready.
