Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Rice 1 tbsp
  • Water 4 cups
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Lemons 4-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Put vinegar without washing boneless fish and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.
  2. Boil rice in water and keep water separate.
  3. Now put turmeric, lemon juice and rice water in fish.
  4. Then put gram flour, rice flour, roasted cumin powder, red chili flakes, all spice, carom seeds, turmeric and salt in one bowl and mix it.
  5. Now coat fish pieces in this mixture and leave for 30 minutes.
  6. Then heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry fish pieces until golden brown.
  7. When fish is fried, sprinkle gram flour immediately and serve hot.
