Custard Filled Puff Cream by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 gm
- Custard 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Jelly cubes 1 cup
Method:
- For custard: Mix custard in 1 cup cold milk.
- Now heat milk.
- When milk is hot, add sugar.
- When sugar dissolves, put little little custard, when custard becomes thick, add cream and beat it.
- Now remove it and cool it.
- For puff pastry: Now roll puff pastry and cut with round mould.
- Then bake puff in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.
- Now do filling with custard.
- Garnish with jelly cubes and serve.
