Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 4 pieces
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Orange color pinch
  • Raw onion grounded 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mark cut into chicken.
  2. Now marinate it with all ingredients for 2 hours.
  3. Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
  4. Bake each side for 20 minutes.
  5. Now give smoke of coal.
  6. In ens, serve with onion rings, tomato slices and lemon.
