Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 4 pieces
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Orange color pinch
- Raw onion grounded 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Mark cut into chicken.
- Now marinate it with all ingredients for 2 hours.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
- Bake each side for 20 minutes.
- Now give smoke of coal.
- In ens, serve with onion rings, tomato slices and lemon.
