Ingredients:
- Butter 2 oz
- Brown sugar 2 oz
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Bananas 4 sliced
- Pineapple juice 1/4 cup
For Cake:
- Butter 8 oz
- Flour 2 cups
- Caster sugar 10 oz
- Eggs 4
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Butter milk 1 cup
- Bananas 3
- Pineapple juice 1/4 cup
- Banana essence 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put 9 inch round pan on low flame, put butter, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and pineapple juice and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Then remove from stove and keep on cake tray.
- Now spread banana slices on base.
- Together spread cream, butter and sugar.
- Then add eggs one by one.
- Also put banana essence.
- Then put flour and butter milk and fold it.
- Then add pineapple juice and fold it.
- Now put batter and bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
