Ingredients:

  • Butter 2 oz
  • Brown sugar 2 oz
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bananas 4 sliced
  • Pineapple juice 1/4 cup

For Cake:

  • Butter 8 oz
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 10 oz
  • Eggs 4
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Bananas 3
  • Pineapple juice 1/4 cup
  • Banana essence 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put 9 inch round pan on low flame, put butter, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and pineapple juice and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Then remove from stove and keep on cake tray.
  3. Now spread banana slices on base.
  4. Together spread cream, butter and sugar.
  5. Then add eggs one by one.
  6. Also put banana essence.
  7. Then put flour and butter milk and fold it.
  8. Then add pineapple juice and fold it.
  9. Now put batter and bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
