Ingredients:
- Baigan 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 4 sliced
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put onion seeds and fennel seeds.
- When brown, put chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, crushed cumin, salt and tomato sliced, cover it and cook until soft.
- Then add round baigan slices and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
