Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Onion brown 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds for garnishing
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Dissolve gram flour in 1-1/2 cup water.
  2. Now put whole cumin and whole coriander.
  3. Heat oil, put brown onion, turmeric, garlic paste, white cumin seeds, chili powder and salt and fry it nicely.
  4. Then add gram flour mixture.
  5. Then stir it with wooden stick.
  6. Then simmer it for 10 minutes.
  7. Now grease tray, put mixture in it and equal it nicely.
  8. Sprinkle brown onion, poppy seeds and coriander leaves on top.
  9. In end, cut into pieces and serve.
