Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Onion brown 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
- Whole coriander 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds for garnishing
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Dissolve gram flour in 1-1/2 cup water.
- Now put whole cumin and whole coriander.
- Heat oil, put brown onion, turmeric, garlic paste, white cumin seeds, chili powder and salt and fry it nicely.
- Then add gram flour mixture.
- Then stir it with wooden stick.
- Then simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Now grease tray, put mixture in it and equal it nicely.
- Sprinkle brown onion, poppy seeds and coriander leaves on top.
- In end, cut into pieces and serve.
