Lagan Ky Koftay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Raw onion 2
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with salt and raw papaya for 30 minutes.
  2. Now grind raw onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies and mix in mince.
  3. Together put brown onion. lemon juice and roasted gram flour and mix it nicely.
  4. Then make koftay of it, put in greased lagan and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add 1/4 cup oil.
  6. Then peat yogurt with pinch salt and put in koftay.
  7. In end, garnish with green chilies and give smoke of coal.
