Lagan Ky Koftay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Raw onion 2
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mince with salt and raw papaya for 30 minutes.
- Now grind raw onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies and mix in mince.
- Together put brown onion. lemon juice and roasted gram flour and mix it nicely.
- Then make koftay of it, put in greased lagan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup oil.
- Then peat yogurt with pinch salt and put in koftay.
- In end, garnish with green chilies and give smoke of coal.
