Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Eggs 5
- Powdered milk 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Yellow color pinch
- Almonds blanched 1/2 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Boiling water 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat 1 cup milk, put sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Blend remaining 1 cup milk with blanched almonds and mix in eggs, boiling water, powdered milk, butter, saffron and yellow color.
- Then put mixture in one tray.
- Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes until light golden.
- In end, serve hot or cool.
