Baked Keema Cheese by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Lemons 1
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Fried onions 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Green chilies, Green coriander as required
Method:
- Wash beef mince, put papaya, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, cumin and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
- Also put fried onion, ginger garlic paste and yogurt and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now put 2 tbsp oil in oven proof dish.
- Then put mince and put 2 tbsp oil.
- Now put cheddar cheese grated and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Then take it out and serve with green chilies, green coriander and lemon.
