Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Lemons 1
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Fried onions 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies, Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. Wash beef mince, put papaya, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, cumin and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
  2. Also put fried onion, ginger garlic paste and yogurt and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Now put 2 tbsp oil in oven proof dish.
  4. Then put mince and put 2 tbsp oil.
  5. Now put cheddar cheese grated and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  6. Then take it out and serve with green chilies, green coriander and lemon.
