Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Gelatin powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Crushed plain cake 1 cup
  • Cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Yellow food color pinch
  • Coconut powder 1 cup

For Topping:

  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Saffron essence few drops
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color a pinch

Method:

  1. Cook milk. Now put sugar, cardamom and yellow color.
  2. When sugar is dissolved, close stove.
  3. Now dissolve gelatin in some water and add in it.
  4. Also put cream, coconut powder and crushed plain cake, cool it, put in serving bowl and freeze it.
  5. For topping: Mix all ingredients, cook it, put on dessert and serve.
