Ingredients:
- Yellow lentil 1/2 kg
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coconut powder 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Red chili 2 tsp
- Boiled goan beans 6
- Boiled rice to serve
For Bhagar:
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash yellow lentil and cook with 2 glass water, turmeric, salt on low flame.
- Now put coconut powder, onion, cumin, garlic cloves, red chili and water in blender and blend it.
- Then put grinded masala and tomatoes and cook nicely.
- Now put water as required and do lentil thin.
- Then put boiled goan beans, green chilies and green coriander and close stove.
- For bhagar: Heat oil and put mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves and chopped garlic.
- When fragrance comes, give tarka to lentil and serve with boiled rice.
