Ingredients:
- Chopped beef mince 1/2 kg
- Bread slice pieces 2
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
- Mace powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
For Dum:
- Chopped carrots 2
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped onion 2
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- BBQ sauce 1/2 cup
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Green coriander 1 bunch
Method:
- Put all ingredients except oil in chopped and chop nicely.
- Then make kabab and shallow fry in hot oil in pan.
- Now heat butter in pot, put chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, tomato ketchup, BBQ sauce and tandoori masala.
- Put kabab on it.
- Then put green coriander.
- Then keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pateli kabab is ready.
