Fettuccini Carbonara by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Fettuccini boiled 3 cups
  • Sausages chopped 1-1/2 cup
  • Mushrooms chopped 6
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Parsley 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Suree green chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Suree hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pan, put garlic crushed and saute for 1 minutes.
  2. Now add sausages chopped and mushrooms chopped, fry for 2 minutes and remove from stove.
  3. Then put cream salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper, mix it and cook on low flame.
  4. Then put parmesan cheese. Fold in fettuccini and parsley.
