Kishmish Chicken Rice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2-1/2 cups
- Raisins 1 cup
- Chopped garlic 8 cloves
- Chicken fillet 3
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Fresh red chilies 6
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Soak raisins in lukewarm water.
- Now mash chicken fillet lightly lightly, put salt, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp white vinegar and keep for a while.
- Now put some oil in frying pan and roast chicken fillet. Then cut into small small pieces.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan and do chopped garlic golden brown.
- Then put chicken, raisins, fresh red chilies and chopped green chilies, roast it lightly and put boiled rice.
- Then add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 tbsp vinegar, stir fry for 5 minutes and serve hot.
