Ingredients:

  • Capsicums 8-10
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut capsicums, take out seeds and separate white part.
  2. Now cut into square pieces.
  3. Heat oil in pan, put all ingredients and fry on high flame for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Shimla mirch ki sabzi is ready.
