Ingredients:
- Capsicums 8-10
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut capsicums, take out seeds and separate white part.
- Now cut into square pieces.
- Heat oil in pan, put all ingredients and fry on high flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Shimla mirch ki sabzi is ready.
