Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 500 gm
  • Papaya paste 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Salad:

  • Spaghetti boiled 1/2 cup
  • Salad leaves 4-5
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Cucumber 1-2

For Dressing:

  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For beef marination: Put beef pasanday, salt and soya sauce in mixing bowl, paste papaya paste and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Now fry marinated beef sausages on both sides in pan.
  3. When it is fried, remove it, cool it and cut into stripes.
  4. For spaghetti: Put 1 tbsp oil and water as required in pot and boil it.
  5. Now add spaghetti and boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Then take it out, strain it and put in cold water.
  7. When temperature is normal, strain it, put oil and keep it aside.
  8. For dressing: Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix it. Dressing is ready.
  9. Now cut salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber into stripes.
  10. Then put boiled spaghetti first, then salad stripes, then beef and dressing and serve it.
