Ingredients:
- Mutton liver 1/2 kg
- Kabuli chickpeas 1 cup
- Red lentil 1/2 cup
- Lemons 3
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
- Oil as required
To Wash Liver:
Method:
- Wash kabuli chickpeas with lukewarm water and soak it.
- Now drain water and put fresh lukewarm water.
- Also add red lentil and leave for cook.
- When chickpeas is little tendered, put soda bi carbonate and keep on low flame.
- Paste garlic on mutton liver with out washing it, leave for 20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
- Then put liver, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in karahi pan and dry liver water.
- Now add crushed red chili, roasted cumin powder, chopped black pepper and 1 cup oil, roast it nicely and put boiled chickpeas.
- Then put green chilies, green coriander and mint leaves and keep on simmer.
- When serve, put some salt. Put again green chilies, green coriander and mint leaves and serve hot.
