Ingredients:

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Kabuli chickpeas 1 cup
  • Red lentil 1/2 cup
  • Lemons 3
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

To Wash Liver:

  • Garlic 1

Method:

  1. Wash kabuli chickpeas with lukewarm water and soak it.
  2. Now drain water and put fresh lukewarm water.
  3. Also add red lentil and leave for cook.
  4. When chickpeas is little tendered, put soda bi carbonate and keep on low flame.
  5. Paste garlic on mutton liver with out washing it, leave for 20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
  6. Then put liver, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in karahi pan and dry liver water.
  7. Now add crushed red chili, roasted cumin powder, chopped black pepper and 1 cup oil, roast it nicely and put boiled chickpeas.
  8. Then put green chilies, green coriander and mint leaves and keep on simmer.
  9. When serve, put some salt. Put again green chilies, green coriander and mint leaves and serve hot.
