Ingredients:
- Bread slices 6
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Small cardamom 6
- Almonds 20
- Yellow food color as required
- Khoya 250 gm
- Pistachio 10-15
- Oil as required
- Silver paper to garnish
Method:
- Boil almonds and pistachio, peel and cut into finely.
- Now heat oil in frying pan and fry bread slices.
- When golden brown, take it out and spread on serving dish.
- Then put yellow food color, small cardamom and sugar in milk, cook it nicely and make thick.
- Now put on slices.
- In end, decorate with khoya, almonds, pistachio and silver paper and serve cold.
