Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Almonds 20
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Pistachio 10-15
  • Oil as required
  • Silver paper to garnish

Method:

  1. Boil almonds and pistachio, peel and cut into finely.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan and fry bread slices.
  3. When golden brown, take it out and spread on serving dish.
  4. Then put yellow food color, small cardamom and sugar in milk, cook it nicely and make thick.
  5. Now put on slices.
  6. In end, decorate with khoya, almonds, pistachio and silver paper and serve cold.
