Chukandar Bhujia by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chukandar 1/2 kg
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Tomatoes 4 sliced
- Onion 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
Method:
- Boil chukandar.
- Then peel it and cut into slices.
- Now heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Then put garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric and tomatoes sliced and fry it nicely.
- Then add chukandar and cook on low flame without water.
- Now add coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Then do pieces of chukandar with spoon.
- In end, add more coriander leaves.
