Chukandar Bhujia by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chukandar 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 4 sliced
  • Onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3

Method:

  1. Boil chukandar.
  2. Then peel it and cut into slices.
  3. Now heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  4. Then put garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric and tomatoes sliced and fry it nicely.
  5. Then add chukandar and cook on low flame without water.
  6. Now add coriander leaves and green chilies.
  7. Then do pieces of chukandar with spoon.
  8. In end, add more coriander leaves.
