Achari Hara Masala Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
For Bhagar:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
For Onion Paste:
- Onion 2 large
- Coriander leaves half cup
- Green chilies 10
- Ginger 2
- Garlic 10 cloves
For Achari Masala:
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Blend yogurt and coriander leaves in blender and keep it aside.
- For onion paste: Grind all ingredients and keep it aside.
- For achari masala: Grind all ingredients and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in frying pan, put grinded achari masala, fry for 1 minute, add onion paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put mutton, mix it and cook more for 10 minutes.
- Then add salt, all spice and coriander seeds and mix it.
- Also put 1 cup water, cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes and remove from stove.
- Now put yogurt mixture ans stir with spoon.
- Then cook until it boils.
- Now remove it from stove, give bhagar and serve hot.
