Sesame Crispy Fried Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Fish boneless 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Egg 3-4
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Roasted sesame 3 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut boneless fish into fingers.
- Mix fish fingers, garlic paste, eggs, lemon juice, soya sauce, Chinese salt, salt and black pepper in mixing bowl.
- Then mix corn flour.
- Then mix bread crumbs and roasted sesame.
- Then coat fish fingers with bread crumbs, fry, take it out and serve.
