Sesame Crispy Fried Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Egg 3-4
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Roasted sesame 3 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut boneless fish into fingers.
  2. Mix fish fingers, garlic paste, eggs, lemon juice, soya sauce, Chinese salt, salt and black pepper in mixing bowl.
  3. Then mix corn flour.
  4. Then mix bread crumbs and roasted sesame.
  5. Then coat fish fingers with bread crumbs, fry, take it out and serve.
