Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1/2 packet
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put chopped onion, chopped ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder and all spice powder in handi and cook with boneless chicken.
- When water of masala and chicken dries, put yogurt.
- When water of yogurt becomes dry, add oil, tomatoes and chopped green chilies and roast it nicely.
- Then put fresh cream and chopped ginger and keep on simmer.
- Handi murgh masala is ready.
