Mince Dahi Bharay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 cups
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Knead mince with bread crumbs.
  2. Now add chili powder, salt, turmeric, all spice, ginger garlic, coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves and mix it nicely.
  3. Now make kabab of it and shallow fry in hot oil until light golden.
  4. Now take it out.
  5. Now beat yogurt with salt.
  6. Now keep kabab in serving dish and cover with beaten yogurt.
  7. Then garnish with crushed red pepper, cumin roasted, fennel seeds and coriander leaves.
