Mince Dahi Bharay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 250 gm
- Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Knead mince with bread crumbs.
- Now add chili powder, salt, turmeric, all spice, ginger garlic, coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves and mix it nicely.
- Now make kabab of it and shallow fry in hot oil until light golden.
- Now take it out.
- Now beat yogurt with salt.
- Now keep kabab in serving dish and cover with beaten yogurt.
- Then garnish with crushed red pepper, cumin roasted, fennel seeds and coriander leaves.
