Ingredients:

  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Arvi 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash arvi, clean it, boil it and peel it.
  2. Then put salt, fry it, slice it and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
  4. Now add mutton and roast it.
  5. Then add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin roasted, black pepper and salt and roast it.
  6. When masala is roasted, add water and tender it.
  7. Then add arvi, roast for 1-2 minutes, take out in dish, garnish with coriander and serve.
