Ingredients:
- Mutton 500 gm
- Arvi 250 gm
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Wash arvi, clean it, boil it and peel it.
- Then put salt, fry it, slice it and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
- Now add mutton and roast it.
- Then add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin roasted, black pepper and salt and roast it.
- When masala is roasted, add water and tender it.
- Then add arvi, roast for 1-2 minutes, take out in dish, garnish with coriander and serve.
