Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Spinach 2 bunches
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Lemon salt 1 pinch
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Thai red chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion 1 cup
  • French fries as required
  • Egg 1
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put egg, flour, corn flour, turmeric, tandoori masala and garlic paste in chicken pieces, deep fry it and take it out.
  2. Heat oil in second pan and fry chopped garlic.
  3. Now put ketchup, Thai red chili sauce, peri peri sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Then add chicken pieces.
  5. Then soak spinach, salt and turmeric in water.
  6. Then take it out, separate leaves, fry it and take out.
  7. Then add cashew nuts, lemon salt and 1 tbsp oil.
  8. Then take it out and keep in dish.
  9. Together keep french fries.
  10. Keep tomato, cucumber, onion and sour cream.
