Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Spinach 2 bunches
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
- Lemon salt 1 pinch
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Thai red chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Sour cream 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 3 tbsp
- Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion 1 cup
- French fries as required
- Egg 1
- Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put egg, flour, corn flour, turmeric, tandoori masala and garlic paste in chicken pieces, deep fry it and take it out.
- Heat oil in second pan and fry chopped garlic.
- Now put ketchup, Thai red chili sauce, peri peri sauce and lemon juice.
- Then add chicken pieces.
- Then soak spinach, salt and turmeric in water.
- Then take it out, separate leaves, fry it and take out.
- Then add cashew nuts, lemon salt and 1 tbsp oil.
- Then take it out and keep in dish.
- Together keep french fries.
- Keep tomato, cucumber, onion and sour cream.
