Undercut Gosht Ki Burmese Biryani by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 kg
- Boiled undercut 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 50 gm
- Fried onions 250 gm
- Lemon juice 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Lemon slices 2
- Green color 1 pinch
- Kewra few drops
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- Put green chilies in yogurt and grind it.
- Now heat oil, put yogurt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, black peppercorn, cumin and 125 gm fried onion and roast little.
- Then add boiled undercut and roast it nicely.
- Then make layer of rice and meat.
- Put tomatoes, lemon slices, green coriander and mint leaves on top and make layer of rice.
- Put kewra, green color and ghee and keep on simmer.
- It is ready.
