Undercut Gosht Ki Burmese Biryani by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Boiled undercut 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 50 gm
  • Fried onions 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Lemon slices 2
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Kewra few drops
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Black peppercorn 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Put green chilies in yogurt and grind it.
  2. Now heat oil, put yogurt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, black peppercorn, cumin and 125 gm fried onion and roast little.
  3. Then add boiled undercut and roast it nicely.
  4. Then make layer of rice and meat.
  5. Put tomatoes, lemon slices, green coriander and mint leaves on top and make layer of rice.
  6. Put kewra, green color and ghee and keep on simmer.
  7. It is ready.
