Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Butter melted 200 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Instant yeast 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Powder milk 1 cup
  • Lukewarm water water to knead

For Chocolate Frosting:

  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Knead flour, caster sugar, melted butter, salt, instant yeast, eggs and powder milk with lukewarm water soft dough in one bowl.
  2. Now leave in greased bowl for rise for 1 hour.
  3. Now knead more and make balls.
  4. Then make smooth balls, keep in foil lined tray and press it.
  5. Then make hole with small round cutter and give shape of doughnuts.
  6. Now cover and leave it again for 35-40 minutes.
  7. When it rises nicely, deep fry it on very low flame.
  8. For chocolate frosting: Put all ingredients in pan and cook for 1 minute.
  9. Now cool it and thick it.
  10. Now dip doughnuts in chocolate frosting or roll it any decoration, grated white chocolate or any nuts.
