Sweet Corn Pancake by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

• Flour 1-1/2 cup
• Eggs 4
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
• Baking powder 1 pinch
• Sweet corn 1 cup
• Oil 3-4 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Put eggs, flour, cinnamon powder and baking powder in blender jug, mix well and make thick mixture.
2. Now add corn and mix it.
3. Then put some oil in pan, put mixture little little, spread it and cook on both sides.
4. Sweet corn pancake is ready.
