Rice Salad by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
- Salad leaves 1 cup
- Carrot 1
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Cucumber 1
- Green coriander as required
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat butter and fry rice until crispy.
- Then take out rice and fry boiled chickpeas.
- Cut carrot, tomato, onion, salad leaves, green coriander and cucumber in pan.
- Now also add rice and chickpeas.
- Put black pepper, salt and lemon juice on top and toast it.
- Rice salad is ready.
