Ingredients:
For Pie:
- Flour 3 cups
- Powder milk 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Instant yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
For Filling:
- Bhuna keema 1 cup
- Mushrooms chopped 4
- Capsicum chopped 3 tbsp
- Onion 3 tbsp
- Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
- Black olives slice 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put all ingredients in bowl, knead it and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
- Now punch down dough.
- Grease 8 inch pie tin.
- Divide dough into 2 portions.
- Roll one portions in 1/4 inch thick and spread on one pie plate.
- Spread pizza sauce, grated cheddar cheese, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, black olives slice and bhuna keema.
- Now roll second dough thick roti, put on top and close edges.
- Now mark cut with knife and bake for 15 minutes.
- When brown, then take it out.
- Now spread pizza sauce, grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and bake again for 10 minutes.
