Ingredients:
For Base:
- Butter 4 oz
- Coco powder 1 tbsp
- Digestive biscuits 2-1/2 cups
For Filling:
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Golden syrup 1 tbsp
For Topping:
- Bananas 2
- Cream 1 cup
- Coffee 1 tsp
Method:
- For base: Crush digestive biscuits and mix in coco powder and butter.
- Now put in loose bottom flan tin, press base and sides and cool it until it set.
- For filling: Boil water in pan, put condensed milk, cover it and keep on simmer for 3 minutes.
- Then remove pan from stove, keep it aside and cool it.
- Now mix chocolate, cream and golden syrup and melt in boil water.
- Then put in caramelize milk and beat until it mix well.
- Now spread this filling on biscuit crust.
- Now cut banana into slices and put on chocolate filling.
- Then beat cream and coffee and spread on banana with pipe.
- Decorate with chocolate colors.
