Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Digestive biscuits 2-1/2 cups

For Filling:

  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Golden syrup 1 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Bananas 2
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For base: Crush digestive biscuits and mix in coco powder and butter.
  2. Now put in loose bottom flan tin, press base and sides and cool it until it set.
  3. For filling: Boil water in pan, put condensed milk, cover it and keep on simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Then remove pan from stove, keep it aside and cool it.
  5. Now mix chocolate, cream and golden syrup and melt in boil water.
  6. Then put in caramelize milk and beat until it mix well.
  7. Now spread this filling on biscuit crust.
  8. Now cut banana into slices and put on chocolate filling.
  9. Then beat cream and coffee and spread on banana with pipe.
  10. Decorate with chocolate colors.
