Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Black gram 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black peppercorn 8
  • Big cardamom 4
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Red pepper 6
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put bengal gram, white cumin, black peppercorn, big cardamom, small cardamom, coriander seeds, red pepper and black cumin, roast on tawa until golden and then grind it.
  2. Now mix mince,yogurt, roasted & grinded masala and raw papaya paste well in pot and keep it for a while so that masala in absorbed in mince nicely.
  3. Then add oil and lemon juice and cook it.
  4. When water dries, keep it on simmer.
  5. Put chopped green chilies on top and serve.
