Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Black gram 2 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black peppercorn 8
- Big cardamom 4
- Small cardamom 6
- Red pepper 6
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put bengal gram, white cumin, black peppercorn, big cardamom, small cardamom, coriander seeds, red pepper and black cumin, roast on tawa until golden and then grind it.
- Now mix mince,yogurt, roasted & grinded masala and raw papaya paste well in pot and keep it for a while so that masala in absorbed in mince nicely.
- Then add oil and lemon juice and cook it.
- When water dries, keep it on simmer.
- Put chopped green chilies on top and serve.
