Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Khoya 250 gm
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Small cardamom 8
- Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2-1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds 20-25
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
Method:
- Boil vermicelli and grind it nicely in blender.
- Also grind small cardamom with sugar.
- Now put fresh milk and small cardamom in pot and cook it.
- When milk becomes thick, add boiled & grinded vermicelli and sugar and cook it.
- When all becomes one, dissolve rice flour in some milk and put in pot.
- Now add chopped pistachio and chopped almonds and stir it.
- When kulfi becomes thick, close stove.
- When cool, add khoya and beat well.
- Then freeze it.
- It is ready.
