Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2-1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds 20-25
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil vermicelli and grind it nicely in blender.
  2. Also grind small cardamom with sugar.
  3. Now put fresh milk and small cardamom in pot and cook it.
  4. When milk becomes thick, add boiled & grinded vermicelli and sugar and cook it.
  5. When all becomes one, dissolve rice flour in some milk and put in pot.
  6. Now add chopped pistachio and chopped almonds and stir it.
  7. When kulfi becomes thick, close stove.
  8. When cool, add khoya and beat well.
  9. Then freeze it.
  10. It is ready.
