Healthy Fish Tikka by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless cubes 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients except fish in mixing bowl and mix it.
  2. Now add boneless fish cubes and marinate it.
  3. Then put fish cubes and vegetables in bbq sticks and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes or roast on coal or steam it and fry it.
  4. Then take it out and serve wit sauce.
