Healthy Fish Tikka by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Fish boneless cubes 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put all ingredients except fish in mixing bowl and mix it.
- Now add boneless fish cubes and marinate it.
- Then put fish cubes and vegetables in bbq sticks and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes or roast on coal or steam it and fry it.
- Then take it out and serve wit sauce.
