Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Now add yeast in flour mixture, knead soft dough, cover with plastic and leave on warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Now take out dough and fold with hands.
- Now roll small small roti and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Pita bread is ready.
