Ingredients:
- Chicken karahi pieces 1 kg
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili flakes, crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, egg and lemon juice and keep in fridge over night.
- Now put gram flour and mix with hands nicely.
- Then heat oil, put 4 4 pieces of chicken, fry on low flame, take out when golden brown and serve.
