Easy Chocolate Mousse by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chocolate 1 cup
- Boiling water 5 tbsp
- Egg whites & egg yolks 4
Method:
- Beat egg yolks, add in chocolate melted and boiling water.
- In bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture gently.
- Pour mousse into glasses and chill in refrigerator until set.
