Cottage Paneer Sabzi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry chopped garlic cloves until golden brown.
  2. Now put chicken and roast it.
  3. When chicken is cooked, put peas, carrot and capsicum cubes and roast it little.
  4. Now add salt and red chili flakes, roast it lightly and close stove.
  5. Then heat oil in frying pan, fry cottage cheese and put in vegetables.
  6. Put crushed black pepper, lemon juice and chopped green chilies and keep on simmer.
  7. Cottage paneer sabzi is ready.
