Beijing Soup by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef 125 gm
  • Beef stock 1-1/2 kg
  • Egg 3-4
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Mushroom finely chopped 1 cup
  • Carrots finely chopped 1
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper chopped 1 tsp
  • Green onion chopped 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry finely chopped ginger.
  2. Then add beef mince and roast it.
  3. Now add onion chopped, mushroom finely chopped, carrots finely chopped, ginger finely chopped, corn flour, soya sauce, black pepper and green onion chopped and mix it.
  4. Then add stock and cook until boil.
  5. Now add eggs and mix it
  6. Then put corn flour and cook until soup is thick.
  7. Then take out in dish, garnish with green onion and serve.
