Beijing Soup by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef 125 gm
- Beef stock 1-1/2 kg
- Egg 3-4
- Onion chopped 3
- Mushroom finely chopped 1 cup
- Carrots finely chopped 1
- Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black pepper chopped 1 tsp
- Green onion chopped 2-3
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry finely chopped ginger.
- Then add beef mince and roast it.
- Now add onion chopped, mushroom finely chopped, carrots finely chopped, ginger finely chopped, corn flour, soya sauce, black pepper and green onion chopped and mix it.
- Then add stock and cook until boil.
- Now add eggs and mix it
- Then put corn flour and cook until soup is thick.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with green onion and serve.
