Crispy Chinese Chicken Wings by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 2-3 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Egg 1-2
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Divide chicken wings into 2 portions.
- Put garlic paste, sesame oil, soya sauce, brown sugar, rice flour, black pepper crushed, egg, chicken powder and salt, mix it and marinate chicken wings.
- Then heat oil on low flame, deep fry chicken wings, take out in dish and serve.
