Ingredients:
- Butter 8 oz
- Sugar 8 oz
- Flour 8 oz
- Eggs 4
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Yellow color few drops
Method:
- Strain flour and baking powder and keep it aside.
- Now beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Then add vanilla essence.
- Now put eggs 1 by 1.
- Also put 1 1 tbsp strained flour and baking powder mixture.
- Then fold remaining flour with milk and yellow color.
- Now put mixture on greased paper lined muffin tray and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
- Then take it out and serve cool.
