Saada Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Butter 8 oz
  • Sugar 8 oz
  • Flour 8 oz
  • Eggs 4
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Yellow color few drops

Method:

  1. Strain flour and baking powder and keep it aside.
  2. Now beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Then add vanilla essence.
  4. Now put eggs 1 by 1.
  5. Also put 1 1 tbsp strained flour and baking powder mixture.
  6. Then fold remaining flour with milk and yellow color.
  7. Now put mixture on greased paper lined muffin tray and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
  8. Then take it out and serve cool.
